Why are we having a false alarm school? Because false alarms are costly to both Law Enforcement, Fire Departments, and to you, the alarm user. Our goal is simple, reduce false alarms through alarm user education and awareness. The class will teach you many things, such as:

  • Typical Alarm Problems
  • Ordinance Regulations
  • Identify reputable alarm companies
  • Why false alarms occur?
  • Your rights as an alarm owner
  • Is your alarm system right for you?
  • Dealing with central stations
  • How to handle a false alarm activation

Your class instructor is Glynda Saavedra and a member from our Alarm Industry.

Seating is limited to the first 20 persons. Please call (352) 264-6650 or send your name and number via e-mail to make your reservations today. Remember that if you attend the school, you will receive a certificate good for up to $680.00 in savings off of your current or future false alarm fines.

Please help us help you reduce false alarms at your home or business. False alarms take emergency personnel away from other more serious matters and are costly to all parties involved—and that includes you! If you have ever had any questions about alarm systems, alarm companies, your rights as an alarm system consumer or the City or County Alarm Ordinance, this class is meant for you! Please call for a reservation today. Class participants/attendees must be 18 years of age or older. Out of courtesy for the instructors and students, please leave children at home.
