The Records Bureau provides data entry for the call-in incident reporting system, centralized storage, and retrieval for all incident and traffic crash reports generated by the Alachua County Sheriff's Office. Additionally, the Records Bureau personnel direct all incoming switchboard calls to their proper location, respond to public record requests, and maintain the Uniform Crime Reporting information for inclusion in the state and national crime statistics.

The Records Bureau is operational 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Listed below are specific services provided to the public with their associated times and fees:
